Purpose

  • Ensuring strict compliance with the legal regulations applicable to the company’s management system, with the aim of continuously improving working conditions for staff, including suppliers and stakeholders, in terms of confidentiality and information security.
  • Guaranteeing the security of the services provided in terms of integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information and data. This is achieved by implementing policies for the proper and secure use of ICT technologies, as well as systematically assessing the associated risks, adopting a series of measures, controls, and procedures for the correct processing of personal data.
  • Promoting the sustainable use of resources, biodiversity conservation, and ecosystem protection, as well as adaptation to climate change and the mitigation of its impacts, by providing well-prepared and efficient human resources supported by adequate infrastructure.

Each year, during the Management Review, EasyCall defines improvement objectives on which the effectiveness and usefulness of its Management System are assessed, allocating the necessary means and resources to achieve them.

To adhere to this Policy and achieve the objectives set, teamwork is essential, as well as the constructive involvement of all individuals who are part of the EasyCall ecosystem.
